What is the best time of year to sell my home? Typically the Spring time is the best time! Most buyers are ready to make a move then, it doesn’t interfere with summer vacations and houses always look their best in the Spring.
What areas in the lower mainland do you work? I grew up in Burnaby and have spent the majority of my life working all over the lower mainland. I live in Maple Ridge and help my clients buy and sell all over the lower mainland, from Vancouver and out to Abbotsford and everywhere in between!
What type of mortgage should I get? Fixed or variable? This is a great question and something you should discuss with your mortgage broker. If you don’t have one, I am happy to refer you to someone, I have a number of excellent experienced mortgage brokers I work with.
How long have you been a Realtor? I have had my license since 2015 and I am a third generation Realtor! My mom and dad were Realtors in Burnaby and my Grandma was one of the first female Realtors in Saskatchewan.
